With over 30 years combined coaching athletes, coaches Mike Swan and Rusty Snow have a simple philosophy – help athletes fulfill their potential. They have been successful at coaching a wide range of athletes from Olympic hopefuls and national class runners/triathletes, to the regionally competitive as well as the beginner. Moms In Motion
Get your running shoes ready because Moms In Motion~ fitness teams for women has a very exciting running season coming up!! This year we are offering a Fall Running Team (16 week season that will start in mid-August) which will weave in several fall events of varying distances and culminate with the International Santa Barbara Marathon & Relay Team.
Moms In Motion helps women simplify their lives by combining fun, fitness and philanthropy all in one supportive, organized group. With our group you have the option of training for the full marathon, half marathon, or the relay challenge. This is the perfect opportunity to train for your first, or your best, half marathon or full marathon. Or grab a couple of friends to join with you and train together for the relay challenge. Momentum 4 Life
Momentum 4 Life (M4L) is a local organization in Santa Barbara devoted to helping individuals, families and communities. M4L allows a single person the opportunity to begin a chain reaction of positive results beginning with themselves. M4L brings people together to train for challenging events such as a biathlon, triathlon, 5K, 10K, or half and full marathons.
With the M4L membership, each member receives group workouts, expert coaching, training plans, discount on team uniforms, and access to a website community. We also reach out into our local community and support a different non-profit each year.

Ventura Road Runners
The Ventura Road Runners is a group of runners and walkers from the Tri Counties that enjoy distance running for both athletic competition and its health benefits.
The club's membership includes runners and walkers of all abilities, ranging from occasional joggers to competitive middle and long distance runners and walkers. Our members range in age from the middle teens to seniors in their 80's. Included among our activities are regular weekend fun/training runs and walks and monthly trail runs. The club website keeps our members informed of upcoming races, training schedules, member discounts and other items of interest. The Ventura Road Runners Club is incorporated as a non-profit educational and cultural community organization under the laws of the State of California.

Body Boot Camp of Santa Barbara
RUN! Marathon Training Program is open to all participants, whether you're fast or slow. Even if you've never run before, we can prepare you to go the distance. The training schedule consists of three days of running and walking each week: two short runs of 30 to 45 minutes on your own during the week, and a longer group run each weekend. The group runs will start with three miles of running and walking, and then gradually increase in distance.
